To stay compliant with Florida election laws (Chapter 106, Florida Statutes), please keep the following in mind:

• Limits: The maximum contribution is $1,000 per person or entity per election.

• Eligibility: Contributions must be from U.S. citizens or permanent residents (green card holders).

• Corporate Donations: We accept contributions from businesses, provided they do not exceed the $1,000 limit.

• Cash: Florida law limits cash and cashier’s check contributions to $50.
